more than adequate and savoury breakfast with toast, cereal, cakes, eggs and cheese on request. very pleasant and exceptionally nice staff with a smile. great location not far from the rome airport and the main train stations; early check-in. also, to the main attractions in 15 minutes by feet.

Spotless & practical room with tow separate beds. Plenty of meals for breakfast, including cheese, toast, cereals, cakes and eggs.

Very central - a short walk from Termini station on one side, and fifteen minutes from major sights on the other. At the discounted rate, it was cheap by central Roman standards. The room was air conditioned, and breakfast was not bad, including slices of tinned pineapple and plenty of croissants. The staff were very helpful. Sound proofing was apparently very good - I never heard other guests except occasionally from the corridor. Checkout at 12 gives you plenty of time for a leisurely departure.
You had to pay for Wifi, buying cards with codes on them. Here and there maintenance was required, and there was occasionally a faint but unpleasant smell in the toilet. Basically, if you want a hotel to use as a base for visiting the city (rather than one where you just sit in the luxury of your rooms) I think it's perfect.

my wife & i stayed here during the volcanic eruption The staff could not have been more helpfull to us Our room was spotlessy clean plenty to eat for breakfast excellent location for bus transport & trains Now this is what makes a good hotel great Because of the ash cloud we could not get home so staff at reception found us accomadation for 5 days at a sister hotel at a much reduced rate What more could we ask for
Nothing what so ever

The location of the hotel was decent, only a short way from a nice historic square that has good restaurants and touristy shopping. Also, parking is really expensive and the parking staff are unfriendly at best, but the garage (if you could call it that) is literally right next to the hotel.
One word: bedbugs. If that doesn't deter you, then maybe the lousy breakfast, the dirtiness of the room, or the bad surrounding neighborhood. It was definitly the worst hotel of our trip

Cleanliness and value for money. It is also conveniently located with a scooter rental shop.
Breakfast items were too limited and low in quality.

location of the hotel, convenient for termini trains, buses and metro.Ease of access to most Rome destinations
One member of the hotel staff on our last day.. totally unwilling or unable to find out times of trains between the station and airport (had telephone and internet at his disposal) just told us to look at the station!!.Hotel location can make for early morning noise.Staff appear to be unwilling to control noisy guests who are rowdy in communal areas/corridors. Small shower.

Ok rooms, spacious, comfortable bed. We booked a 4-bed room and realised that meant two beds were a fold out sofa that was uncomfortable to sleep on and squeeked everytime anyone moved. Friendly and helpful staff in reception. Breakfast typical italian with lots of biscuits, jam, sweet bread and coffee. Not really much else apart from yoghurt.

Location is awesome. 3 minutes walk from central bus station and metro. The room is clean and nice. The staff is helpful. Breakfast was satisfactory: Pastries, juice, coffee, toasts, bread, butter, hard boiled eggs. Etc.
It's not a fancy hotel, regarding room and and breakfast.

The location is perfect as we took the metro to explore the nightclubs in Testaccio with convenience, while the staff was great.
My wife says that the breakfast options could be varied to keep our kids interested and excited .

Helpful staff and 24 hours/7 days reception desk. Good location - 3 min walk from Termini Station. The streets were a little noisy, but the hotel is next to the main train station of Rome, so I was expecting it.
Chanels in TV did not work (no or poor signal).

Very well located near Termini Station with good restaurants nearby (from cheap to a little bit more expensive, but worthy), serves breakfast and clean rooms.
Might be noisy if you stay in a room near the street (reminding that the hotel is at a central location near the station). If you have sleep problems, ask for a room on the other side!

The position near the Termini Station was very good as we had a hire car and could drop it off at the station. There were reasonable restaurants near by and the Coliseum was a 15 minute walk away.
